Happy Valentine's Day!
Husqvarna Viking is celebrating 140 years of "Magical Innovations!"

you believe that it is already February. February is such a wonderful
month for the gift of love. We have some great deals on machines and
cabinets. These are truly a gift that keeps on giving all year long.

We're just buzzing here with excitement. On Wednesday, February 15th,
we have a very exciting seminar here, "Just Sew It" with Barbara
Bond.. Come learn about all of the wonderful new notions and programs
for your favorite sewing machine. This event will be in 2 sessions,
from 9:00AM - 12noon or from 1:00 - 4:00PM.Lunch is included with
either session. The cost is $20.00. You won't want to miss this.

Embroidery Club- This class will be held on Tuesday, February 28th
from 1:00 - 4:00PM. (This class is usually held on the 4th Tuesday of
every month). There is a small charge for the design every month
($5.00) plus a kit charge for the last Tuesday of every month). Kits
are available. I must know if you will be attending this class, to make
sure that I have enough supplies for everyone.
Gift Certificates -are available. These make a perfect gift for the person who is hard to buy for.
COMPUTER CLASSES -
We have computer classes on Saturdays. The classes are in the
afternoon from 1:00-3:00PM. Everyone is welcome to come to these
classes. We will be covering all the components of the software
systems. Even if you don't have either of these systems, you are
welcome to join us and see the endless possibilities that are available
to you in the world of creativity. There is no charge for these
classes. On Saturday, February 25th,
we will have a special class for those who just have basic software.
This class will be held from 1:00-3:00PM. Please let me know if you
will be attending.
Do
you need a special place to keep your sewing machine? Do you need a
good place to do the cutting for your special project that won't hurt
your back? We have all our Horn Cabinets on sale. We also have a new
sewing table on display, which is perfect for those who do not have a
lot of space for a cabinet. This the perfect gift for you. The cabinets
come in a variety of colors.
We
have several previously loved sewing and embroidery machines available
for adoption. Now you can get the machine that you have always wanted
at a great price. Come see me, I have some super deals on these and
the Sapphires that we used on our recent cruise. I also have the
original Designer Diamond for sale at greatly reduced prices.
CLASS REGISTRATION
It is necessary to register for all classes in advance. Class space is limited and fills quickly. Paying your class fee is
what actually holds your space and prevents you from being dropped when
the class fills. Some classes require advance preparation and
purchases. WHEN REGISTERING, ASK FOR A SUPPLY LIST.
Register
in person, by mail, by e-mail or by phone using a credit card, check or
cash. If the class is cancelled a full refund will be given or you can
transfer the cost to another class.
Be
sure your machine is in good working order. It should have a new
needle. If you have not had your machine serviced in two (2) years, it
is time to do so.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR OWNER'S CLASSES AS WELL.WE
NEED TO KNOW AT LEAST ONE (1) DAY IN ADVANCE IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
YOU CAN CALL ME OR E-MAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW. THERE ARE TIMES
EMERCENCIES COME UP AND I HAVE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE THE CLASS. IF I
KNOW WHO IS PLANNING ON ATTENDING CLASS I CAN NOTIFY YOU OF ANY
CHANGES, RATHER THAN HAVING YOU SHOW UP ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED. YOUR
HELP WITH THIS IS TRULY APPRECIATED.
CLASSES
KNOW YOUR MACHINE - Sewing machine - Thursday, February 9th,
1:00 - 3:00 PM. This class is usually held on the second Thursday of
each month. Come learn all the stitches that are available on your
sewing machine. The cost of the class is $25.00 if your machine wasn't
purchased from us.
KNOW YOUR MACHINE - Designer SE, Designer 1 and Designer 2 with embroidery machine - Thursday, February 26th,
1:00 - 3:00PM. This class is usually held on the fourth Thursday of
every month. Come learn all the stitches on your machine. Come to
the wonderful world of creativity with embroidery. Please bring your
embroidery unit and hoops, and a floppy disk if your machine uses one
or a memory stick (flash drive) if your machine uses one. The cost of
the class is $25.00 if your machine wasn't purchased from us.
KNOW YOUR MACHINE (Ruby) - Tuesday ,February 21st,
1:00-3:00PM/ This class is usually held on the third Thursday every
month. Come learn everything your Ruby can do. The cost of the class
is $25.00 if you did not purchase your machine from us.
KNOW YOUR MACHINE - (DESIGNER DIAMOND AND DESIGNER DIAMOND deLUXE)- Tuesday, February 14th, 1:00 - 3:00PM. (This class is held on the 2nd
Tuesday of every month). Come learn everything about your wonderful
machine. The cost of the class is $25.00 if you did not purchase your
machine from us.
KNOW YOUR MACHINE (Topaz) Thursday, February 16th, 1:00 - 3:00PM (This class is held the 3rd
Thursday of every month) Come learn everything your machine can do.
The cost of the class is $25.00 if you did not purchase your machine
from us.
SERGER CLASSES - By appointment only)
QUILTING CLASSES
We
offer a variety of quilt classes, based on "Quilt In A Day", every
Wednesday afternoon and evening. The cost of the class is $60.00 which
includes the book. Material is purchased separately, February 1,8,
22,29 - 1:00-3:30PM and 6:30-9:00PM. (No class on Wednesday, February 15th because of seminar}
Block of the Month continues this month. We will be working on the block of the month on Wednesday, February 22nd. I am still gathering the blocks that some of you are missing, and we will get everyone caught up this month. Please join us.
Quilted Purse Wallet will be held on Friday, February 24th and Saturday February 25th.The
cost of the class is $25.00 which includes the fabric, zippers and the
pattern. Please join us to make this beautiful Quilted Wallet that
will compliment your purse. You will definitely be the envy of your
friends (You do not have to had made the purse to make this wallet.)

On Friday, February 3rd and Saturday February 4th
, we will be attending the Port St. Lucie Quilt Show at the Civic
Center in Port St. Lucie. Everyone is welcome to come to this show.
Our store will be open Monday through Wednesday the week of the show.
Our store will be closed on the on the 2nd from 1:00PM and then on the 3rd and 4th because of the show. We will re- open on Monday, February 6th at 10:00AM with regular hours.
Sit and Sew, Monday, February 6th from 10:30AM until ?????
Come join us for a relaxing day of sewing. Bring your unfinished
projects and lunch and join your friends. Make new friends, bring your
